REUNIÓN DE ENTREGA DE INFORMES 8-9 - VIERNES 11 DE ABRIL

Este viernes 11 de abril tendremos reunión de ENTREGA DE INFORMES I PERÍDO. Por favor informen a sus padres para que puedan solicitar el permiso. La reunión inicia a la 1.30 p.m. en el COLISEO y se espera que a las 2.30 p.m. los padres vayan a los salones.

Hello guys!

As you could experience today, the transport in Cali was awfull, there was a strike because we have a big problem with the transport and the MIO system. The problem extends to all people in Cali city and it is necessary we support the strike as cali citizens. We deserve respect from the the administration of Cali and quick solutions to the problem we have to face every single day. 

On the other hand, the next instructions will be given to continue with your work in your house:

1. Finish point 3 from the workshop you have (I posted here on March 5th)
2. Read and listen to pages 4 and 5 from the story "The bottle Imp" (the audio file is posted here too, on March 11th)

HELLO TENTH GRADERS 10th - CLASS, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19th, 2014

FOR STUDENTS FROM: 10-7/ 10-8 / 10-9 
As you know, we will not be in the classroom but you will work at home. Remember the idea is to advance in the English Language Learning. So, the next are the activities to carry on:

1. Read the 2 first pages from the story THE BOTTLE IMP (Click on the letters to read the story), Author Robert Louis Stevenson. 

2. Underline the verbs in the reading.

3. Write the verbs in your notebook and look for the meaning in spanish and the synonym/definition in English. Just as we did with the Irregular verbs. 

4. Write, in your words, who the characters are, what happened in this first part, the place where it is told. Think you are going to tell the story to a person who has not read it. (In your notebook)
